1. Organizer
The competition organizer is Hüschs Landkost GmbH, Wissener Straße 12, 57520 Rosenheim. The competition has no connection with Facebook or Instagram and is not sponsored, supported, or organized by Facebook or Instagram in any way. Facebook and Instagram are merely platforms on which Hüschs Landkost GmbH posts the competition. The recipient of the information provided is not Facebook or Instagram, but Hüschs Landkost. All questions, comments, and/or complaints regarding the competition should be directed exclusively to Hüschs Landkost GmbH.
2. Eligibility to participate
Only Hüschs Landkost fans from Germany and Austria who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate. Employees of Hüschs Landkost GmbH are excluded from participation.

All information regarding the participation deadline can be found in the competition on the respective platform.

5. Selection and notification of the winner
The winners will be randomly drawn and notified via a comment link on Facebook or Instagram under the respective competition. The winners will be announced on the day of the competition. Winners who do not respond within 28 days will forfeit their right to the prize.
6. Winnings
The prize is tied to the respective competition. All information can be found in the competition details on the platform itself. Cash payment is not possible.
7. Shipping of the prize
The winner agrees to provide Hüschs Landkost GmbH with their name and address by email within the aforementioned 28-day period for shipping purposes. Shipping will be handled by us or, if applicable, our partner. The participant is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the data.
8. Data protection
To deliver the prizes, the winners' personal data (email address, name, and address), if provided in the competition, will be shared with third parties. 9. Legal recourse
Legal recourse is excluded.
10. Liability
Hüschs Landkost GmbH is not liable for damages related to participation in the competition or the acceptance and use of the prize, unless the competition organizer or its vicarious agents act intentionally or with gross negligence. This does not affect any claims for compensation based on injury to life, limb, or health, as well as breaches of essential contractual obligations.
