Origin

beef

Our beef comes exclusively from species-appropriate and natural farming. We regularly visit our small number of farmers and inspect the animals.

The animals that are suitable for slaughter are then selected on site.

Thanks to the short distances before slaughter, we can ensure that the animals are not exposed to any unnecessary stress.

Our partners for the best beef:

  • Solbach's Hof, Andreas Solbach – Steinebach/Sieg
  • Farmer Andreas Strüder – Durwittgen-Mittelhof
  • Hubert Brück – Floor Soaps

All poultry at Hüsch's Landkost is sourced from Laufer family from the egg farm Fox chew in Waigandshain.

This means we can ensure supply through a regional partner that we can always rely on.

Therefore, please remember that we cannot keep large quantities of poultry in stock and that larger quantities should be ordered one week in advance.
