Hüsch salami specialties are known for their aromatic flavor and carefully selected regional ingredients. We work with a high proportion of beef and a relatively small amount of pork, making our salami a premium product.
After production, our salamis undergo a 3-4-week climate-controlled maturation process, during which optimal conditions must be monitored daily to avoid defective products. Only after this long maturation period do our salami specialties reach your home!
