Our team was busy for you again!
The seminar for the sales staff at Hüsch butcher's shop covered the following topics: How can we provide our customers with even better service? How can our shop and counter be made more attractive and appealing? What are our favorite products, and how do we describe them? When asked what makes Hüsch's Landkost unique, the sales staff said: 100% in-house production, 100% Westerwald, artisanal slaughter, and excellent value for money. Finally, they also addressed: How can we make working as a team even more enjoyable? Christiane and Carina Hüsch invited Fritz Gempel, an experienced butcher's consultant, to speak on this topic. The seminar's final exercise: "Carrying and being carried." The background: At Hüsch, as at probably every other company, there are employees who are always happy to carry others—for example, when someone is absent due to vacation or illness. Therefore, the sales staff physically experienced how difficult it is to carry a colleague—and how relaxing it is to be carried.
